Grilled Italian Chicken Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken.
  3. Refrigerate 10 min.
  4. Remove chicken from dressing; discard dressing.
  5. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  6. on each side or until done (165F).
  7. Slice chicken.
  8. Cover 4 salad plates with salad greens; top with chicken, tomatoes, peppers and cheese.
  9. Drizzle with remaining dressing just before serving.
