Crispy Barbecued Pork Chops Dinner

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce, green onion and soy sauce; spread evenly onto chops.
  3. Measure 1/2 cup coating mix; place in shallow dish.
  4. Coat both sides of chops with coating mix.
  5. Place pineapple in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chops.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until chops are cooked through (165F).
  7. Serve with rice and peas.
