Beef Filets With Bearnaise Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Trim fat from steaks, heat butter in skillet over high heat.
  2. Sear steaks on both sides till brown.
  3. Pour in sherry lower heat.
  4. Simmer 5 min for rare or possibly 10 min for medium.
  5. Remove to hot platter, spoon Bearnaise cream sauce over each steak.
  6. Serve at once.
