Mango del cielos
- 300 grams Alphonso Mango
- 50 ml Cold Milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Take out the 2/3 pulp mango and put it in the mixer with milk and sugar and mix it for 20-30 seconds
- Keep this mixture in a vessel
- Now take 1/3 part of the mango pulp in the mixer and mix it for 10 seconds
- Now pour half of the mix mango of step 1 in a glass.
- Then pour the mix mango of step 3 and then again pour the rest half of the mix mango step 1.
- Use cream or vanilla ice cream to garnish.
