Basic Scones Recipe
- 3/4 lb Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly other fat
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk, (roughly)
- Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr.
- Cut in the shortening.
- Fold in the lowfat milk to make a soft dough.
- When kneaded, rolled and cut out, bake 10-12 min in a warm oven (450F).
