The Jack Rose Deluxe

• 3 ounces applejack
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce grenadine
• Lemon twist for garnish

1. Combine applejack, lemon juice and grenadine in a shaker filled with ice (preferably cracked ice).
2. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
