Bulgogi Recipe
- 2 lb sirloin steak, sliced very thin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 clv garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 x scallions minced
- Rub sugar into beef and let it sit for 2 min.
- Mix together all remaining ingredients, add in to the beef and mix well.
- Let sit at room temperature for at least one hour, or possibly let sit overnight in the refrigerator (Note: it is very important to let the meat marinate as this is what gives the beef its distinctive flavor.
- If you don't marinate, it won't be as good.).
- Place meat on a pre-heated grill or possibly on a warm lightly-oiled skillet.
- Cook for 3 to 5 min, turning frequently.
