Five Hour Stew
- 2 lbs lean stew meat
- 4 carrots, cut up
- 4 potatoes, cut up
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 2 cups water
- salt & pepper
- Put all ingrediants in Dutch Oven or small Roaster with a tight cover.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.
- OR -- Crock Pot on High for 5 hours.
