Country Two-Cheese Sandwich Grill

  1. For each serving: Spread 2 tsp.
  2. (10 mL) bistro sauce onto each of 2 bread slices.
  3. Top 1 bread slice with 1 fontina cheese slice, 2 Tbsp.
  4. (30 mL) onions and 1/4 cup (60 mL) peppers; cover with 1 oz.
  5. (30 g) Gouda cheese and second bread slice.
  6. Spread 2 tsp.
  7. (10 mL) butter onto outside of sandwich, spreading 1 tsp.
  8. (5 mL) butter on each bread slice.
  9. Grill on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  10. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
  11. Cut in half.
