Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 jar (12 ounce.) chicken gravy
- 2 c. cooked chicken (cubed)
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn mixed vegetables, thawed and liquid removed
- 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme leaves (optional)
- Bake at 350 degrees 45 min to 1 hour.
- Stir contents of Stove Top vegetable/seasoning packet, butter and water in bowl.
- Add in stuffing and crumbs.
- Stir till water is absorbed.
- Mix gravy, chicken, vegetables, and thyme.
- Pour in 2 qt casserole dish.
- Spoon stuffing over chicken mix.
- Bake till warm and bubbly.
