BBQ Shepherd's Pie

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In broiler-safe 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion on medium-high 8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
  3. Drain off liquid.
  4. Stir in chili beans and barbecue sauce.
  5. Simmer on low 8 minutes or until reduced slightly.
  6. Prepare potato flakes as label directs for 6 servings.
  7. Spread potatoes on top of meat mixture.
  8. Place skillet in oven and broil 6 minutes or until potatoes brown.
  9. Serves 6.
