Lazy Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil flakes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3/4 lb. lasagna noodles
- Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings.
- Add tomato paste, sauce and water.
- Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.
- This will be a thin mixture.
- In a 13 x 9-inch pan, spoon about 1 1/2 cups sauce, making a layer across the bottom of the pan, next layer of noodles (uncooked).
- Fill in any empty spaces with broken noodles, then sprinkle 1/3 of grated cheese over sauce.
- Make 3 layers of sauce, noodles and cheese on top.
- Cover with foil. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
