Herb Grilled Flank Steak
- 1 flank steak
- 1 tbsp rosemary; minced
- 1 tsp thyme; minced
- 1 tsp ground coriander seed
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 peppercorn melange and kosher salt
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Preheat grill plate or saute pan.
- Cover steak with just enough oil to cover.
- Season.
- Sear each side well.
- Finish in the oven if you want the steak cooked further than rare.
