Strawberry Heaven

  1. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
  2. Place 1 cake layer on serving plate.
  3. Slice 2 cups of the strawberries; set aside.
  4. Crush remaining strawberries.
  5. Stir crushed strawberries and milk into 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping in large bowl.
  6. Spread 1/2 of the strawberry mixture on cake layer.
  7. Arrange 1/2 of the sliced strawberries on top of strawberry mixture.
  8. Repeat layers, ending with cake.
  9. Frost top and side of cake with remaining whipped topping.
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  11. Garnish with strawberry fans and mint leaves.
  12. Store leftover cake in refrigerator.
