Pb Chocolate Trail Mix No-Bakes

  1. Stir peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat in a saucepan, cooking and stirring until the peanut butter melts and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes; remove from heat.
  2. Stir oats, chocolate chips, mixed nuts, and vanilla into the peanut butter mixture; stir until the chocolate melts completely. Fold fruit into the mixture.
  3. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread into an even layer.
  4. Cover baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate until hard, at least 1 hour. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.
