Smoked Beef Brisket Recipe
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- 1 bottle Heinz 57 steak sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
- 5 briskets
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- Garlic salt
- Wash out bottles with water; add in sufficient to have 2 c.. Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt.
- Marinate raw meat overnight in all ingredients except brown sugar.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hrs.
- Uncover, take out and slice thinly.
- Add in brown sugar and salt to liquid.
