Smoked Beef Brisket Recipe

  1. Wash out bottles with water; add in sufficient to have 2 c.. Sprinkle meat generously with garlic salt.
  2. Marinate raw meat overnight in all ingredients except brown sugar.
  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hrs.
  4. Uncover, take out and slice thinly.
  5. Add in brown sugar and salt to liquid.
