Creamy Artichoke Dip
- PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained well
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained, chopped
- Pita chips or sliced French bread, optional
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl.
- Add mozzarella cheese, drained tomatoes and artichokes to bowl; stir gently to combine.
- Place mixture in baking dish.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with pita chips or French bread, if desired.
