Cowboy Soup
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp italian seasonings
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 can beef broth (14 1/2 oz cans)
- 1 can french cut green beans, drained
- 16 oz chunky salsa (mild medium or hot)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 10 oz frozen shredded hash browns
- Heat a large pot over medium high heat.
- Combine beef, italian seasonings, salt, & pepper, and oil in medium bowl.
- Add beef mixture to pot and cook until browned (4-5 minutes).
- Stir in broth, salsa, and the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to boil, then reduce to low and let simmer 20 minutes until beef and veggies are tender.
