Apple Raspberry Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Roll out half the dough and place in 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Roll remaining dough into 11-inch circle and set aside.
  4. Combine apples, raspberries, sugar, arrowroot and lemon juice in large bowl; toss well.
  5. Pile into prepared crust.
  6. Top with remaining circle of crust.
  7. Healthy pinch edges to seal; trim excess.
  8. Pierce upper crust with fork.
  9. Bake for 10 min.
  10. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 45 min to 1 hour or possibly till done.
  11. Let cold before slicing.
  12. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
