Marinate For Steak, London Broil AndFlank Steak Recipe

• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
• 3/4 c. oil
• 1 sm. onion, minced

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Score meat about 1/4 inch deep on each side.
3. Pour marinate over meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
4. Cook meat on grill.
