Dijon Braised Pork Chops

  1. Coat both sides of chops with flour.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chops; cook 3 to 4 min.
  4. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  5. Remove chops from skillet; drain.
  6. Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender.
  8. Stir in broth and mustard.
  9. Return chops to skillet.
  10. Bring sauce to boil; cover.
  11. Simmer on low heat 25 to 30 min.
  12. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Let stand 3 min.
  15. before serving.
