Dijon Braised Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- Coat both sides of chops with flour.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
- Remove chops from skillet; drain.
- Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in broth and mustard.
- Return chops to skillet.
- Bring sauce to boil; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 25 to 30 min.
- or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 3 min.
- before serving.
