Southwestern Butter
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 0.5 (4 ounce) candiced green chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 14 cup cilantro, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients in food processor.
- Form in molds or pipe rosettes with a pastry tube.
- Store extra in freezer.
- NOTE: Great to freeze in one of those silicone ice cube trays then pop them out into a ziploc and store in freezer.
- The little stars one looks nice.
