Sweet-and-Sour Red Cabbage

  1. Melt butter in large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and caraway.
  3. Cover; cook 3 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage.
  5. Cover; cook until cabbage begins to soften, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes.
  6. Add vinegar and sugar; cook until cabbage is crisp-tender, stirring often, about 4 minutes longer.
  7. Add dill.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
