Zesty Tomato Pork Chops

  1. Cooked pork chops until browned on both sides.
  2. Set pork chops aside.
  3. Add pepper strips and stir-fry about 3 minutes.
  4. Drain fat and reduce heat to medium.
  5. Stir in mixture of soup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
  6. Heat to a boil.
  7. Return pork chops to skillet.
  8. Simmer covered, until pork chops are done.
  9. Serve with potatoes.
