Tuna Ball

  1. Drain tuna cans thoroughly and empty tuna into a bowl.
  2. Dice the onion and add (to taste) to the bowl.
  3. Place room temperature cream cheese in the bowl and mix everything together thoroughly.
  4. Cover, and place in the refrigerator for a while.
  5. I prefer this dish really cold, but it can be eaten right after preparation.
  6. Eat with Fritos, or crackers as a stiff dip.
  7. The onion can come across quite strongly, so experiment with it as needed.
