Cheesy Baked Crab Dip
- 1 round sourdough bread loaf (1-1/2 lb.), unsliced
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cut slice from top of bread loaf; remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch thick shell.
- Cut removed bread into cubes.
- Mix all remaining ingredients until blended; spoon into bread shell.
- Cover with top of bread.
- Wrap in heavy-duty foil.
- Bake 30 min.
- Remove top; stir dip.
- Serve with bread cubes.
