Easy! Pork with Umeboshi Pickled Plum Sauce
- 200 grams Thin sliced or any kind of pork
- 1 dash Flour
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Umeboshi
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork and leave for 10 minutes.
- Then thinly coat with flour.
- Heat a pan and coat with oil (skip if using a non-stick pan).
- Cook the pork on both sides.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Mince the umeboshi with a knife.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave or boil in a pot.
- Pour the sauce on the meat and serve.
