Easy! Pork with Umeboshi Pickled Plum Sauce

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Then thinly coat with flour.
  3. Heat a pan and coat with oil (skip if using a non-stick pan).
  4. Cook the pork on both sides.
  5. Transfer to a plate.
  6. Mince the umeboshi with a knife.
  7. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave or boil in a pot.
  8. Pour the sauce on the meat and serve.
