Apple Pie Cake Recipe

• 1 pkt Cake mix,yellow
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1/2 tsp Lemon extract
• 1 jar apple pie,filling Topping
• 1/4 c. Butter,or possibly marg.
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1/2 c. Flour Cinnamon(optional)

1. Mix the Cake mix, Large eggs,lemon and Apple pie filling.Pour batter into a 13x9 greased and floured baking dish.
2. TOPPING Make topping with melted butter, or possibly soft margerine, sugar and flour.
3. Blend with a fork to make crumbs.Sprinkle the crumbs over top and sprinkle with cinnamon if you like.
4. Bake 350 degrees for 45 min.
