RoTel Spicy Meat Loaf
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3 each bread sliced, torn into small pieces
- 1 each eggs
- 10 ounces tomatoes, canned rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 each onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 13 cup chili sauce
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Spread in ungreased 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 inch loaf pan Bake 1 hour at 375 covered with foil; drain excess drippings.
- Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf and bake 15 minutes more uncovered.
