Cajun Pan Fried Bay Scallops Recipe

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes.
  2. Combine scallops and breadcrumbs in a sealable plastic bag.
  3. Shake to coat scallops.
  4. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add in scallops and remaining ingredients, except lime, and cook 5-7 min, gently stirring occasionally, till scallops are opaque.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
