Spicy and Delicious Taiwan Ramen

  1. Remove the stem of the garlic and slice.
  2. Cut the chives into 5 cm.
  3. Mix the ingredients and set aside.
  4. Thoroughly saute the garlic and chili peppers in sesame oil (low heat).
  5. Once fragrant, add ground pork and cook until it changes color (medium heat).
