Sausage And Cheese Pasta Recipe

• 2 links of Adrian's sausage (Marty's corner-Quinn St.)
• 1 med. Bermuda onion, minced (no substitute)
• 1 stick butter
• 1 pt. Half and Half cream
• 10 tbsp. Romano cheese
• Pasta bows
• Fennel seed (optional)
• Warm pepper (optional)

1. Take sausage out of casing.
2. Crumble sausage and fry in medium frying pan.
3. Add in minced Bermuda onion.
4. Drain off excess fat (there will not be any if you use Adrian's sausage).
5. Add in stick of butter, Half and Half and Romano cheese to sausage.
6. Heat and mix well till mix thickens.
7. Serve over pasta bows.
