Granita Di Caffe
- 2 cups freshly brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Mix coffee and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into 8-inch square pan.
- Freeze about 1-1/2 hours or until almost firm.
- Break up with fork into small pieces.
- Return to freezer.
- Freeze an additional 3 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces; spoon into dessert glasses.
- Top each serving with 1 Tbsp.
- of the whipped topping.
- Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
