Golden Steak Fingers

  1. Pound steak to 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt.
  3. Cut into 1 inch strips.
  4. Place in buttermilk for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and then dredge in flour.
  6. In large skillet over med heat, heat 2 TBS oil.
  7. Add 1/2 of the steak strips and brown on both sides.
  8. About 3-4 minutes.
  9. Move to paper towels, then transfer to warm plate and keep warm.
  10. Repeat with remaining strips.
  11. Serve with dipping sauces of your choice.
