Pineapple Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
- 8 marshmallows, quartered
- 8 maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- Dissolve Jello in warm water.
- Add in marshmallows to warm mix and stir till partially melted.
- Allow to cold, add in remaining ingredients.
- Chill till hard.
