Pineapple Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe

• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
• 8 marshmallows, quartered
• 8 maraschino cherries, halved
• 1 c. cottage cheese
• 1 c. warm water
• 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
• 1/4 c. pecans
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise

1. Dissolve Jello in warm water.
2. Add in marshmallows to warm mix and stir till partially melted.
3. Allow to cold, add in remaining ingredients.
4. Chill till hard.
