Chicken Marsala Recipe

  1. Dip chicken in flour and saute/fry in butter till brown on both sides; put aside in pyrex dish.
  2. Saute/fry mushrooms in remaining butter; when tender, add in 1/2 c. chicken broth and 3/4 c. Marsala cooking wine; bring to bubble.
  3. Cut ham and cheese in half.
  4. Place one portion of ham and cheese on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Pour mushrooms and liquid over chicken; back for 30-40 min.
  6. Serve over shell pasta.
