Ham Barbeque Recipe
- 1 tbsp. & 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. beef bouillon, instant
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. mustard, prepared
- 1 tbsp. & 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon A-1 or possibly Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar or possibly sweetener
- Dash warm peppers
- 16 ounce. ham sliced thin or possibly shredded
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet, add in onions and garlic.
- Saute/fry till tender.
- Add in remaining ingredients except ham and cook over low heat till mix has thickened slightly.
- Add in ham, heat and serve.
- Serves 4.
