Gumdrop Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. shortening
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. white sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 c. coconut
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 c. oatmeal
• 1 c. minced fruit gumdrops

1. Mix well and make into rolls.
2. Wrap in wax paper.
3. Let stand at least 12 hrs in refrigerator.
4. Slice and bake at 350 degrees.
