Maple Moonshine Butter Milk Syrup
- 16 cups sugar
- 4 cups butter milk
- 4 cups butterscotch moonshine
- 2 pounds melted butter
- 4 oz corn syrup
- 4 oz maple extract
- In you largest pot, combine butter, sugar, corn syurp, and buttermilk.
- Stir until sugar is disolved.
- Warm to simmer on med heat or the milk will scorch.
- Once warm add moonshine, and maple extract.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
