Taco Avocado Bean Dip Recipe
- 1 1/2 avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 2 cans Old El Paso bean dip
- 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tomato, minced
- Black olives (optional)
- Green pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel and chop avocado.
- Add in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
- In second bowl mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning.
- Layer bean dip, avocado, lowfat sour cream mix, and cheese.
- Top with onion, tomato and, if you like, black olives and minced green pepper.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
