Lemonade Squares

  1. Mix graham crumbs and margarine; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  2. Place yogurt and lemonade concentrate in medium bowl.
  3. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended; spread over crust.
  4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut into 9 squares to serve.
  6. Top each square with a dollop of the whipped topping.
  7. Garnish with lemon zest and fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
  8. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
