Adult Mint Hot Chocolate (Christmas Nightcap)

• 1 cup creme de menthe
• 4 cups milk
• 1 34 cups ghiradelli's semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 14 cup coffee creme de menthe

1. Bring milk to a simmer over medium heat.
2. Add chocolate chips (or premelt in a double boiler) and stir constantly till blended.
3. Remove from heat and add the syrup.
4. Add liquor and stir (skip this step for kids).
5. Serve in festive mugs and enjoy!
