Garlic Steak
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 3/4 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce
- Place steak in shallow dish.
- Spread both sides of steak with garlic; press firmly into steak.
- Pour barbecue sauce over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
