Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees .
  2. Wash and cut stems off of brussel sprouts and remove any yellow outter leaves.
  3. Cut in half for smaller sprouts and in quarters for the larger sprouts.
  4. Put brussel sprouts in a large bowl and add olive oil.
  5. Coat/mix well and add seasonings.
  6. Mix to coat well.
  7. Spread brussel sprouts in an even layer on an ungreased foil lined baking sheet.
  8. Roast/bake for 30-45 minutes until outsides are browned and insides are tender.
  9. Flip halfway through baking time to brown on both sides.
  10. Sprinkle with extra salt and a bit of butter if desired as soon as they come out of the oven.
  11. Serve immediately.
  12. Enjoy!
