Bill's Pizza Crust Recipe

  1. Mix till massed, add in 3 t Extra virgin olive oil Knead, & let rise to 3X size Knead again & let rise again to 3X size Cut in half, roll out every 2 min till expanded to 14 inches.
  2. Add in toppings and bake at 450 for 12-15 min.
  3. Bill was attempting to find the perfect pizza crust.
  4. He developed this over a period of time through trial and error.
  5. This should produce a thin hard crust for your pizza.
