Crispy Fish with Lemon-Dill Sauce
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 3/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 3/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 whole Egg Whites
- 1 pound Sole Fillets
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Cooking Spray For Broil Pan
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Diced Dill Pickles
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 13 teaspoons Dried Dill
- 8 whole Lemon Wedges
- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Start off by combining breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
- Lightly whisk your egg whites in another shallow dish.
- Generously salt and pepper your sole fillets.
- Dip them in the whisked egg whites and then in the breadcrumbs until completely coated.
- Place on a broiler pan and broil on high for 4 minutes on each side or until the fish is nice and flaky.
- While thats cooking, were going to whip up a quick tartar sauce.
- In a small bowl add the mayo, pickles, lemon juice and dill.
- Stir it all together until combined.
- Once the fish has finished baking, place on a plate with a couple of lemon wedges and a side of the lemon-dill sauce.
- Dont forget to squeeze a little lemon right over the fillet before eating.
