Best Pizza Dough Recipe

  1. Sprinkle yeast into water.
  2. Add in 4 c. of flour plus salt; beat well with mixer, 2-3 min.
  3. Add in sufficient flour to make soft dough.
  4. Let raise in mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap, till double, about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
  5. Pour onto well-floured surface and knead into soft, smooth dough.
  6. Divide into 3 lumps and stretch each lump to fit pizza pan.
  7. Mix 1 small tomato sauce and 1 small tomato paste for pizza sauce.
