Best Pizza Dough Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. yeast
- 4-5 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sprinkle yeast into water.
- Add in 4 c. of flour plus salt; beat well with mixer, 2-3 min.
- Add in sufficient flour to make soft dough.
- Let raise in mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap, till double, about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Pour onto well-floured surface and knead into soft, smooth dough.
- Divide into 3 lumps and stretch each lump to fit pizza pan.
- Mix 1 small tomato sauce and 1 small tomato paste for pizza sauce.
