Summer Poke Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes.
  2. Cool in pans 10 min.
  3. Pierce tops with fork.
  4. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Spoon over cupcakes.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. Remove cupcakes from pans; frost with COOL WHIP.
  9. Decorate with remaining ingredients.
