Yogurt Fruit Salad
- 200 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 small can Mixed canned fruits
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Kiwi
- 1/8 Apple
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Honey (to taste)
- Put a sieve or strainer on top of a bowl, line with a paper towel sheet and spoon in the yogurt.
- Leave to drain for at least 5 hours.
- This is how it looks after 5 hours.
- The yogurt is in one creamy mass and comes off the paper towel cleanly.
- Drain the can of fruits into a sieve and cut up the banana, kiwi and apple into easy to eat pieces.
- Put the drained yogurt, lemon juice and fruit into a large bowl and mix with a spoon.
- Add some honey to taste and it's done.
