Yogurt Fruit Salad

  1. Put a sieve or strainer on top of a bowl, line with a paper towel sheet and spoon in the yogurt.
  2. Leave to drain for at least 5 hours.
  3. This is how it looks after 5 hours.
  4. The yogurt is in one creamy mass and comes off the paper towel cleanly.
  5. Drain the can of fruits into a sieve and cut up the banana, kiwi and apple into easy to eat pieces.
  6. Put the drained yogurt, lemon juice and fruit into a large bowl and mix with a spoon.
  7. Add some honey to taste and it's done.
