Curry Bratwursts

• 6 links bratwursts
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 4 ounces ketchup

1. Cook bratwurst--grill, boil or steam (your choice).
2. Mix curry and ketchup.
3. Slice bratwurst, combine with ketchup and curry.
4. Place in a roll of your choice (I prefer a semi-hard round roll).
